About the Role As the Business Lead, you will own the commercial and strategic direction of one of Ramp’s highest‑priority product lines: Procure to Pay, driving its next phase of growth. You will own and accelerate the P&L of the product line by accelerating our impact through sales, marketing, and product. You will act as the connective tissue between teams, turning qualitative customer feedback and quantitative data into clear strategy and execution. This is a highly visible, hands-on IC role that reports directly to the C-suite. You will set the strategy, prove out new bets, and influence how hundreds of go‑to‑market teammates sell and support the product. It’s an opportunity to run a “business within the business” at meaningful scale while working directly with Ramp’s senior leadership.
