Responsibilities Support Partnership: Provide executive and administrative support to 3-4 Product and Engineering leaders/teams Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and own complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for leaders Relationship Development: Partner closely with leaders and team both internally and externally, with composure and discretion Meeting Coordination: Coordinate internal meetings and ensure agendas are tracked and action items are circulated and followed up on Project Management: Execute cross-functional projects, including drafting team-wide communications and managing logistics for All Hands and internal events Travel Planning: Manage complex travel arrangements and coordination Team Connection Logistics: Own end-to-end planning, vendor ma
