Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays. About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordination (RC) Manager to lead and develop our AMER RC team. This is a people-first leadership role. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the candidate experience and high-quality coordination across our hiring ecosystem. Recruiting Coordinators play a critical role in driving candidate experience and ensuring operational excellence across the hiring process. In this role, you’ll focus on building a high-performing team, setting clear expectations, and creating the systems and support structures that enable coordinators to thrive. What You'll Achieve: Operational Excellence & Candidate Experience Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all interview stages Thoughtfully scale the systems (e.g. Ashby, Notion), workflows, and tools that power coordination at Notion Continuously evaluate where automation, AI, and better system design can reduce manual work while preserving a high-touch candidate experience Drive documentation and clarity around our recruiting processes for internal and external stakeholders Team Leadership & Development Manage, coach, and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators across SF and NY Set clear performance goals and expectations aligned to recru
