Below are the requirements for some of the roles:</p> <p><strong>Requirements – AI Engineers:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to practical technology solutions;</li> <li>3+ years of experience with Python required; experience with other programming languages commonly used in AI is a plus;</li> <li>At least 3 years of experience with LLMs and 2+ years of experience in AI agent development, LangChain, or OpenAI required, OR 2+ years of expertise with LangChain and OpenAI;</li> <li>Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure required;</li> <li>Experience developing and shipping AI agents.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements – Data Annotator:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>4+ years of commercial experience as an engineer;</p> </li> <li> <p>3+ years of commercial experience with Python.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong technical skills: as a Senior Engineer, you are expected to be able to create projects from scratch and have a deep understanding of application architecture.</p> </li> <li> <p>Clear and effective communication in English — advanced ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues.
