<p>Datadog is seeking an Associate Event Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team and support third-party events and tradeshows across the North America and Latin America regions. As a key member of Datadog’s Event Marketing team – the driving force behind our high-impact, experiential marketing programs – you will play a critical role in executing best-in-class events that generate leads, pipeline, and scale our brand presence. With hundreds of events run globally each year, this role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering high-quality event experiences, consistently meeting deadlines, and collaborating cross-functionally. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute Datadog’s presence at sponsored events</li> <li>Manage and enact tradeshow promotional plans intended to maximize company exposure and produce sales leads</li> <li>Captain our events by managing event logistics from conception to completion – staffing, booth space, schedules, pre and post event promotion, and ensuring lead goals are met</li> <li>Manage and track event budgets, expenses, KPIs, and ROI</li> <li>Maintain client and sponsor relationships while managing external communications</li> <li>Prepare and negotiate various service provider and event contracts</li> <li>Work cross functionally with teams to ensure events are on brand, on message, and attracting the right audience</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who You Are:
