Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive User Acceptance Testing across the full Order-to-Revenue tech stack, serving as the primary communication hub for system changes, and providing strategic recommendations on feature enhancements and risk mitigation.&nbsp;You will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity through rigorous SQL-based validation, facilitating regular standup meetings with cross-functional teams, and proactively communicating system updates to business stakeholders across Deals Desk, RevOps, Billing Ops, and Revenue. Furthermore, you will assess risks, propose interim workarounds, and drive knowledge transfer through comprehensive documentation and training.
