You will report to the Sr. Finance Manager, and will be a key finance partner to the G&A organizations.</p> <p>You will serve as a trusted advisor to provide the financial insights, analysis, and guidance to optimize investment decisions and accelerate business growth. You will improve forecast reliability, enhance corporate reporting, partner with IT, People and Legal across different levels, and help the business to be successful and achieve its goals, grounded in financial reality and modeling, and analysis.</p> <p><strong>The impact you will have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the key Finance partner to IT, People and Legal leaders and their teams, including:</li> <ul> <li>Partner with the business to drive forecast accuracy</li> <li>Prepare and own budget vs. actual variance analysis and other relevant reporting</li> <li>Build, maintain and improve detailed financial models that track and analyze functional costs and their impact cross-functionally and on the company’s overall performance, including but not limited to the Recruiting Capacity model and IT CAPEX forecast</li> <li>Collaborate with the Accounting on accruals and other elements of the close process</li> </ul> <li>Assist with and manage frequent ad hoc requests and strategic projects to support senior leaders in making informed business decisions</li> <li>Participate in the company’s long-range strategic planning</li> <li>Lead process and system improvement and scaling projects for your area to drive the company’s continued growth and scaling. </li> </ul> <p><strong>What we look for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business
