While the primary focus is a Service Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, the role also offers exposure to a broader suite of enterprise applications. This position is responsible for translating stakeholder visions into actionable, well‑defined features, documenting detailed design requirements, and effectively transitioning work items to development teams for execution.</p><p>The Sales &amp; CRM Business Analyst position provides the opportunity to learn the workings of a global business and has engagement with local stakeholders all over the world. The role allows one to grow in both business heavy as well as technical and digital skillsets. This role offers the ability to help evolve both business process and technical solutions across unique business streams.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>On a typical day you will:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Assess existing Business Processes, System Landscapes, and User Pain Points in order to understand problem statements and recommend ideal technical solutions and system workarounds</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate Requirements Gathering Sessions with Business and Technical stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate Functional Design Sessions with Business and Technical stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead the documentation of detailed Functional Design Specifications (FDDs) in the form of Epics, Features, and User Stories</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead Scrum Team “Refinement” Sessions with Technical Stakeholders to summarize Feature’s Design, determine estimates, and complete preparation activities for upcoming Sprint Cycles</span></p></li><li><p><span>Present live Product Demonstrations for enhancements being introduced into the solution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide Support for QA + UAT Test Case Authoring and Execution Activities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review, Triage, and provide clarifications for System Bugs and Production Incidents</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare System Release Notes to be distributed to End Users for training and change management purposes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist with Sprint Planning Activities and send communications to key stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in team retrospectives and help drive continuous improvement</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What you will need to be successful:</b></p><p></p><div><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; high school diploma or GED required</p></li><li><p>2+ years of IT experience with progressive responsibility in business analysis and functional design</p></li><li><p>Experience leading business process improvements, requirements gathering, and functional design</p></li><li><p>Experience preparing and delivering product demonstrations</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to facilitate cross‑functional, multi‑geography workshops (international experience a plus)</p></li><li><p>Ability to evaluate and drive technical solutions based on feasibility, cost/benefit, and complexity</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to
