Anthropic's growth includes acquisitions, and we need a dedicated operator to serve as the single point of coordination between Corporate Development and all People functions — from due diligence through integration.</p> <p>In this role, you'll partner closely with Corp Dev and drive cross-functional execution across Recruiting, People Partners, People Operations, Workplace Immigration, Employment Legal, and Internal Comms. You'll help build the systems and playbooks that don't exist yet, ensure every workstream is properly sequenced, and create a strong experience for both acquirees and the Anthropic team members supporting them.
