Anthropic's growth includes acquisitions, and we need a dedicated operator to serve as the single point of coordination between Corporate Development and all People functions — from due diligence through integration.</p> <p>In this role, you'll partner closely with Corp Dev and drive cross-functional execution across Recruiting, People Partners, People Operations, Workplace Immigration, Employment Legal, and Internal Comms. You'll help build the systems and playbooks that don't exist yet, ensure every workstream is properly sequenced, and create a strong experience for both acquirees and the Anthropic team members supporting them. This is a highly operational role that requires someone who thrives under compressed timelines, moves fast without sacrificing accuracy, and can navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with ease.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <p><em>M&amp;A Coordination &amp; Execution</em></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the single DRI for all People-side M&amp;A activity from confirmatory due diligence through integration, partnering closely with the Corporate Dev team from deal kickoff</li> <li>Coordinate across Recruiting, People Partners, People Operations, Workplace Immigration, Employment Legal, and Internal Comms to ensure all workstreams are aligned and sequenced correctly</li> <li>
