They look at growth investments across multiple sectors. Job Description Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth in the Venture Capital and Private Equity division. Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and risk management to ensure sustainable success. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and partners. Lead cross-functional teams to execute high-impact projects and deliver results. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion and innovation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operations. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for professional development. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals and objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful Director should have: A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field. Comprehensive knowledge of the Financial Services industry, particularly in Venture Capital and Private Equity. Proven experience in strategic leadership and decision-making roles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in managing regulatory compliance and risk in financial operations. A track record of successfully delivering results and driving organisational growth.
