Entry Level Technician | 3-4 Days work Week |Up to $2500 + Allowances | West | Night Shift Basic Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 Allowances: Night Shift Allowance Meal Allowance Transport Allowance About the Role We are seeking Technical Services Technicians to supportmanufacturing operations by ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and product quality. This role issuitable for those keen to build strong technical and maintenance capabilities in a controlled manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment to meet production targets and schedules Perform equipment troubleshooting to support production and quality standards Carry out daily and monthly preventive maintenance Support workplace safety and continuous quality improvement initiatives Ensure smooth operation of production equipment in a controlled environment Requirements Minimum NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Robotics preferred) Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical diagrams Willing to work 12-hour rotating night shifts and OT when required Able to lift 15kg Comfortable working in a cleanroom / controlled environment Work Arrangement 12-hour shift pattern: 4-3-3-4 / 4-3-4-3 work-rest cycle Why Join Stable full-time position Structured shift system with predictable rest days Hands-on exposure to industrial equipment and preventive maintenance 📩 Interested?
