Job Description Job Purpose To derive Insurance Business from assigned Bank in an area or zone To convince the Bank RMs so that they can convince their customer to invest in Birla Sunlife Insurance. To ensure all the pre / post sales support & services to the Bank as well as to the clients Ensure not only achieving the target but also to make sure there is a consistent growth in the business every quarter Focus on the Quality of Business from day 1 so that Leakage, Persistency, Surrenders and Customer Complaints are as per the norms Job Context & Major Challenges Job Context:/Job Challenges:.High dependency on Bank / RMs who may have their own priorities so presence, pro activeness and alignment is the key . Balancing between the process requirement and expectations of the Channel partners . BSLI products will get recommended basis a tool that the Bank RM will use while pitching LI. Once the customer selects BSLI, responsibility to ensure that the customer understands the product and conversion happens Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Achieve Targets (Premium & Revenue) in order to contribute in overall growth of the company Continuous interaction with the mapped RMs / Customers Going on Joint Calls with the RMs KRA2 Executes smooth function of the sales and other processes in order to maximise business potential. Communicate any process change or change in any rules and regulations by the help of different training module. Ensure that actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance and complaint handling are carried out without any blocks
