Location Redhill Working Hours Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm Job Summary You will support merchant onboarding and daily operations to ensure smooth processes and accurate data management, contributing to efficient merchant activation and customer service. Responsibilities Support merchant onboarding by preparing documentation, setting up accounts, and delivering basic training Manage daily operational tasks and respond to basic merchant inquiries to maintain service quality Track and report activation status and onboarding progress to ensure timely completion Enter data accurately and update systems to maintain reliable records Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistent processes Escalate issues or delays promptly to senior team members for resolution Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in operations, customer support, or payments/POS systems Basic understanding of operations or customer service processes Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with proven execution and follow-through skills Good communication skills in English We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
