Job Description
The Business Development & Sales Executive is responsible for growing BPA's student enrolment and revenue through sales, partnerships, and customer relationship management. The role focuses on attracting new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities to expand BPA's programs and services. 1. Sales & Revenue Growth · Drive sales initiatives for programmes, events, camps, and services offered by BPA. · Develop and execute sales strategies to meet enrolment and revenue targets. · Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to convert leads and retain clients. · Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasts and reports. 2. Business Development · Identify and develop partnerships with preschools, schools, corporations, and community organisations. · Seek new opportunities to promote BPA's programmes and services. · Support outreach activities, events, and roadshows to generate leads. 3. Customer Relationship Management · Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and partners. · Address customer enquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. · Identify opportunities for programme upgrades and renewals. 4. Reporting & Administration · Maintain accurate records of leads, enrolments, and sales activities. · Prepare basic sales and business development reports. · Assist with proposals, quotations, and partnership documentation.
