Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain EHS systems compliant with Singapore laws and ISO standards. Ensure safe chemical handling, storage, and transportation. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations. Provide EHS training and raise employee awareness. Liaise with MOM, NEA, SCDF and ensure statutory reporting. Drive sustainability and continuous improvement. Engage in cross-department and cross-group communication to align and achieve organizational objectives. Additional Duties Provide EHS support to Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations. Act as incident coordinator during emergencies. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental or Chemical Engineering. Some EHS management experience in chemical/logistics/manufacturing. Knowledge of Singapore WSH Act and EHS regulations. Familiar with chemical hazard and emergency response. Leadership and stakeholder management skills. Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with multinational teams and stakeholders. CIT Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Continuous Improvement Techniques (CIT) Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
