Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: IVF/Fertility Centre Position Title: Clinic Operations Manager Working Location: Orchard Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm, Sat: 8am-12pm) Salary Package: Basic $6,500 - $7,000 per month Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team in the IVF/Fertility Centre to ensure smooth clinic operations and quality patient care. Coordinate patient care across consultations, treatments, procedures, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth patient journey. Assist physicians during fertility procedures such as egg retrieval, embryo transfer, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and minor surgeries. Monitor patient treatment cycles, medication administration, and provide patient education to support treatment understanding and compliance. Ensure infection control, medication safety, and clinical protocols are followed to maintain patient safety. Lead, supervise, guide, and assess nursing staff and clinic coordinators to support team performance and development. Plan staff rosters, allocate manpower, and improve workflow to meet clinic needs. Conduct orientation, competency checks, and ongoing training for nursing staff to maintain clinical standards. Promote teamwork, professionalism, and patient-focused care within the nursing team. Provide counselling, emotional support, and education to patients undergoing fertility treatments. Address patient concerns promptly to maintain good patient service and satisfaction. Ensure patient records, consent forms, and documents are accurate, confidential, and compliant with regulations. Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, licensing requirements, and clinic policies. Support quality improvement, audits, incident reporting, and risk management activities to improve clinic standards.
